Repairs
You must contact our Service Department manager, Isaac Nelson, before you can return a pedal for repair. He will give you instructions on how to send it in. We only repair pedals that have been made or modded by us, or pedals that are going to receive our mod while they are getting repaired. There may be repair fees for pedals that will be receiving mods or pedals that have malfunctioned from user error like plugging in wrong power supply, running over it with a truck, etc… Thank you for your cooperation!

Refund and Exchange Policy
The pedal must have been purchased directly from Keeley Electronics. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for pedals purchased from a dealer, website, or eBay. The pedal must be in perfect condition (no scratches, Velcro, ect.). The original box must be returned with the pedal as well. All returned and exchanged pedals are inspected and will be returned to the customer if they are found to not be in acceptable condition. The customer has 48 hours to try the pedal out and to notify Keeley Electronics that they would like to return or exchange it and a full refund will be given once the pedal has been inspected. If we are not notified within the 48 hour test period, you still have up to two weeks to contact us to return or exchange your pedal but you will be charged 10% of the pedals cost as a restocking fee. There are no refunds or exchanges after two weeks. Thank you for your cooperation!
MODS
*IMPORTANT* There are absolutely no refunds on mod work! Don’t send a pedal in for mod work unless you are confident that you will like the modification. Please visit the pedal’s page on out site for sound clips or listen to the many great demos of our pedals out there on the web to make sure you like the enhancements our mods provide before you send in your own pedal for modification. Modded pedals cannot and will not be reversed once the mod is done.
