Any pedal you send to us for mod work will be done in approximately 10-14 business days then sent back to you via Priority Mail or UPS.

Custom work is done (very rarely!!!) on an open-ended time schedule, sometimes many weeks to months, depending on what we are doing. Even the slightest amount of custom work can add weeks to months to your order. Please, no promise of a time frame. WE DO NOT MOD PEDALS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON THE WEB SITE

Shipping is now $30.00 per pedal--EXPRESS MAIL--on all single pedal international orders!!! It's $45 for shipments of 2-3 pedals, and $60 for shipments of 4-6. Express Mail ensures that our pedals will reach your doorstep in the safest and most direct manner possible. Even our faithful, repeat customers will be required to pay the new per pedal(s) shipping charge. *IMPORTANT* Keeley Electronics is not responsible for any taxes or tariffs imposed on the customer from their government on international orders. You will not be reimbursed for the fees. Also, we DO NOT MARK PACKAGES AT LOWER VALUES, THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. WE WILL GET IN TROUBLE WITH CUSTOMS BY DOING THAT. PLEASE DON'T ASK IF WE CAN MARK YOUR PEDAL AS A FREE GIFT, OR A VALUE OF $5, etc, etc, etc...

Signature confirmation will not be used unless you request or if you live in an apartment, etc. We want it to be safe but also try to reduce the costs of the mods. Plus, picking up a package from the post office is not as cool as seeing it on the doorstep!

INCLUDE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX!!! (Guess how many pedals I have that we're shipped from the UPS STORE, and the customer didn't put his or her info on the inside... they sit here forever!!!

PAYPAL is preferred, but we will also take money orders, checks (Made out to Robert Keeley), or cash with the pedal.
AFTER YOU HAVE PAYPAL ORDERED a modified pedal or a mod for yours: I will be sent notification of your payment and I will start to work on your pedal. Use the MOD ORDER FORM to get the shipping address and fill in your pedal's details.
