Check out what the amazing guitarist Galen Henson had to say about The Keeley Effect:
"Thanks very much for the CD! I’ve been enjoying it quite a lot...good tunes, great tones, terrific recording, fun stuff... I’ve been listening to it all week in between putting my new tour rig together and absorbing the new Satriani material I have to learn...."
Thank you, Mr. Henson! He's a talented guitarist who tours with both Joe Satriani and Keith Urban; a very busy man!! You can visit Galen's MySpace page here:

LPs Away!!!
Here's a little note I got from Rob Quillen, one of the first customers to receive the Keeley Effect: "I received the CD yesterday and my wife and I listened to the whole darned thing while sipping a couple of drinks and decided that we love it!!"
Thank you Rob!!
More kind words keep flowing in....
"Man, the stuff you are doing with the keelyeffect/groovebros etc.. is great really digging it...very fresh.............." Chris Taylor (aka Sub-D)
Here's one from guitar craftsman extraordinaire, David Myka: "Great stuff! ... a great range of really fun music. There is a nice groove throughout the entire CD and you show off the effects nicely." Thanks, David!!
So, before we got to the finished version of the cover, we went through a few variations. We thought it might be fun to throw up a few of the versions we tossed around. Beginning with the first version which ultimately led to what we have today.

This is a real image snapped by the Weather Bureau after a devastating storm some many decades ago. This LP was found perfectly lodged in a fallen telephone pole. It was a photo that couldn't be passed up. A label was superimposed and the B-29s were added later...
Here's the first version, before we started asking for LP leaflets and B-29s.

This depicts layers and layers of schematics, which we liked, but later opted to have put on the inside.
This is a shot of the back of the CD. The worn paper matches vintage, masterclass heavy relic photos. ;)

In fact, the photo on the CD insert is of a B-29 once piloted by a grandfather of a Keeley Electronics employee! You won't find that shot ANYWHERE on the internet: that is, until now .......
... ;-)

We're extremely pleased with the way the whole CD turned out. Great tones, great tunes!!
And it looks great because it IS! Nothing but PHAT grooves on the other side of this, folks !~!~!
